Everything that we do stems from an obsession with good design and good food, combining and celebrating the two as often as possible. In our inaugural issue of Plus One, we want to share with you some of the passionate designers, craftsmen and chefs that we collaborate with to make our hotels aesthetically ambitious and our restaurants culinarily inspired.
We explore the city we’ve called home from the start — Amsterdam — and the places that we are now happy to consider our homes away from home — Ibiza, Hamburg, Berlin, Munich and beyond. We delve into our world as well as into the visions of artists who inspire what we do.
As with all of our projects the aim is to create something different, authentic and crafted with local flavour. This magazine is no different — it’s an opportunity to express our obsessions with you through a new medium and bring you along as our plus one.
